All work is quoted in writing. A project starts once you accept the quote and pay any agreed deposit. Changes to the agreed scope may affect price and timeline.
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer and major cards including Visa and Mastercard. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Once full payment is received, ownership of bespoke work we create for you passes to you. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences.
You agree to provide accurate information, content and access needed for the work in good time, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.
We take care to deliver work to a professional standard. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
